For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use our website to submit any maintenance requests, pay your rent, or just to drop us a line. We love to hear from our residents.

Steps For Being Considered as a Premier Properties Tenant
- The Application fee is $50.00 for each adult over the age of 18. Every person living in home 18 & over must complete an application. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ALL applications are presented to the owner no matter what order they are received.
- Once approved, the deposit (In certified funds) must be delivered to Premier Properties and the leased signed within (2) business days. Until they are delivered and the lease is signed, any additional applications can be presented to the owner and the property will remain on the market.
- Everyone over the age of 18 MUST view the property prior to move in. If your agent does not show you the property then he or she will NOT be paid.
- We will NOT hold a vacant property more than two weeks from approval. If you cannot move in within two weeks we CANNOT show you the property.
- We require you make (3.5) times the amount of the rent per month. You must provide proof of income with your application. This can be most recent paystubs.
- We require 1 to 2 years rental history.
- If you have a balance owed to a previous landlord, apartment complex or management company, you will NOT qualify for one of our properties.
- When paying the first months rent, We collect a FULL months rent upon move-in (or before) regardless of the move-in date.
- A personal check will NOT be accepted for the first months rent. (Any pro rated rents will be paid on the first of the following month from move-in)
A COPY OF ALL OCCUPANTS DRIVER’S LICENSES IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO VIEWING AND MOVE-IN.
